Very large 1 bedroom apartment available and it is less than a 10 minute walk to campus. I am willing to sublet, rent out, or give a month to month lease. The lease lasts until July but I will be willing to make it a month to month as long as I am given thirty days notice before your moving out to allow time to find a new renter. The rent is $585 but the price is negotiable and I will be willing to $85 a month (this is not set and is negotiable) to rent it out immediately! The rent already includes pets so there will be no fee if a pet is brought in. It always has available PARKING for you and guests (which is extremely hard to find in Blacksburg), brand new carpets, it is on the bottom floor, it is close to two bus stops, has own private water heater so you will always have hot water, it is very bright with extremely large windows, and it has a huge back porch. The street is right off of North Main, the apartment is very quiet, and only the apartment complex is on the entire street. The neighbors are in their late 20's and there are no problems with the college party scene. A grocery store, gas stations, and two convenience stores are within walking distance. The apartment complex will ask for a credit check and a fee for the sublease but I will cover ALL expenses. A cosigner may be used for this credit check as well and a credit check may not be necessary if you rent through me. It is a huge one bedroom and all expenses for utilities, such as water, are covered by the apartment complex except for electric and extras such as cable. I would like to charge $500 rent and I will be paying the other portion. I am paying this to rent it out immediately. The rent is due on the 1st of every month. You can pay me personally or the apartment complex directly. I still work in Blacksburg and I am a student but I have left to get married.

In the pictures the first picture is of the living room and it is ready to hook up
to cable/internet or wireless. It has its own heating and air conditioning unit and separate heat
in the bedroom. The other pictures are of the bedroom and the bedroom
has an adjustable light from dim to bright. The closet in the bedroom is VERY
spacious. It also has a foyer, a coat closet by the front door, and a closet in the hall next to
the bathroom. It has one bathroom. It has both a front and back door and a very large back porch.
The living room, bedroom, and kitchen are all very large.
