Black Angus 100% grass-fed beef straight from our Franklin County farm. No hormones, no antibiotics, no grain. Quality local beef by the slit side (quarter), half, or whole processed to your specifications and vacuum packed. $3.30 lb. per split side, $3.00 lb. per half, and $2.70 lb.per whole. Prices are per hanging weight, plus processing plant fee of 50 cents lb. Hanging weights should be around 475 to 550 pounds per head.
Taking orders now for pick up on December 13,14,16, or 17. Only four head left for this year.
