Would prefer a small house that allows dogs (if dog has to live outside, that is ok by us, she LOVES being outside but is house trained and well-behaved!! So either option would work for us).

We are mature, honest, hardworking adults in search of a nice quiet house that we can make a home. My fiance is very handy around the house and we would certainly treat our new place with plenty of care and as if it were our own. We can provide plenty of great references if you should require that. If you have a place you would like rent to a responsible and trustworthy couple, please let us know!

Would prefer something at or under $800.

About Us:
We are a relocating family of 5 in desperate need of a 4 bedroom house. We have pets who will be coming along for the ride-- who are loved and loving members of the family. They are sweet and may lick you to death, but are in no way a threat to anyone. We rescued them from a life of misery and plan to give them love until the very end. This makes finding a home very difficult for us two legged family members. Our oldest dog tops at 50 pounds so he does not qualify for most apartment restrictions. The other two tail-wagging boys are smaller, but don't tell them that a 10 pound dog isn't scary or protective (he may get his feelings hurt). Our children are Elem, Middle and HS ages, and look forward to seeing snow for the first time this winter.

About what we need:
We are looking for a home in or around Dublin - within 20 miles (or more if need be) - that is approx $500-900 per month rent, but willing to pay up to $1100, for an inviting home with a fenced yard and an appreciation for a decent, professional family who will pay you on time and care for your home as if it were our own. Long term lease and or rent to own is ok.
We are quiet and keep to ourselves mostly, but would like an area that is family oriented so that our children can make friends. Our dogs have each other, so they do not require any dog parks for socialization. As for me, just point the way to Starbucks and I am happy.

This is my plea as the wife and mother:
My husband is being relocated due to his position within the company. If I cannot find a home for the entire family, he will have to move to Virginia without us (The 'us' includes: Me, our children and the pets - who will have to stay behind in our current state, which is 1000 miles away). My heart is breaking and I am hoping that someone reads this and offers a house perfect for us ALL.
