Re: Firefigter's Defense
What a laugher. LMFAO!!
Let me get this straight. You're trying to say you know more about running MY business, a $9M engineering business that supplies parts to the military, than I do about responding to a fire??? I admit I don't know much about responding to a fire, but I feel quite sure that just about anyone could learn to drive a firetruck and hold a hose (over time). I'm sure there is much more to it than just those two aspects, but I would suspect any reasonable person could learn to be a firefighter. It's not rocket science.
You, on the other hand, with whatever hourly job you have, will NEVER know how to run a major business. Because if you did, you'd be doing it instead of that dead end thing you call a job.
Maybe you know by now that President Obama has raised the minimum wage for federal contractors to $10.10 per hour. Maybe you'll get lucky one day and get hired by my firm (or one of my competitors) as a subcontractor, and get a pay raise.
