Re: When all else fails (Fairlawn)
I agreed totally with your post until I got to the last paragraph because you are contradictory. You say it is "the law" and people should use their turn signals and lights and that it is smart and considerate but then, on the other hand, you complain that someone in the left lane is impeding traffic or hogging the lane when in fact you make no complaint of the person that is SPEEDING and wants to drive faster than the person in the left lane. If the person in the left lane is driving the posted speed limit then they are obeying "the law" as you are implying with other things. So the person speeding is "doing what they damn well please" also.
You cannot complain about those "inconsiderate" acts you don't like while ignoring the non adherence to those acts you like to ignore. So either pass on the right and continue speeding or stfu. Every single one of you will HIT YOUR BRAKES if you see a cop sitting up ahead because you know you are breaking the law and you don't want a ticket. Yet you somehow validate your opinion that the person obeying the speed limit in front of you is somehow breaking another law. And it is totally ironic that you validate their breaking of a law that in turn prevents YOU from breaking a law. LMFAO!
I have passed tons of cops sitting with radar while I am driving in the left lane. In over 40 years of driving you would think one of them would have ticketed me for such a FLAGRANT crime committed right in front of them! Alas, they are more interested in ticketing YOU who are speeding because they consider that to be a much more serious traffic violation and something more dangerous and "inconsiderate" to other motorists. Sorry. Complain on all you want.
