Electricity will be about $40-50 per person per month. I currently do not have cable or internet, but we can figure that out together i guess. I have three cats that can spend much of their time in my room if need be. I keep up with their litter and stuff and vacuum frequently. I used to be a 3rd year student at tech but had to drop-out temporarily to get a second job in order to afford rent by myself. I need a roommate ASAP to help with rent. No security deposit needed, and you can have a share of the security deposit when the lease runs out.

It is a bedroom with a decent size closet. There is also a large hall closet.

The $298 price for rent covers water and gas which is used for heat. Other utilities (electricity and internet) run between $25-$40 per person a month depending on if the air conditioning is on or not.
You do not have to pay cable so the full cost ranges between $323-$343 a month. Both of my roommates are female. You could move in the late of Dec or beginning of spring semester.

There are 1 and a half baths in the apartment. The half bath is in the largest bedroom. You share the toilet and vanity area of the full bath with the roommate in the den and the shower is used by everyone in the apartment.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully furnished (we bought new sofa when we moved in last year), it’s a really nice apartment.

It is a very nice place, parking is free and open to anyone. Swimming pool, tennis court and gym are free and nearby. There are also multiple bus stops through out the complex which take you directly to campus.

My room is approx 11'6" x 11'6" with a HUGE walk-in closet as well as a very open bathroom with lots of counter space. I currently have a full bed, dresser with mirror, bed-side table, tv stand and mini fridge in my room with plenty of room to spare. Room does not come furnished but bedroom furniture is all you would need. The other roommates have the common areas
(living room and kitchen) covered. However, any extra kitchen items would be welcomed! There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment as well as a dishwasher, heating, and air conditioning! Veryy nice place!

The sub-lease would begin half-way through a rent period so for the first month I would only need $180. It would end Aug 7th and would be a total of 7 1/2 months more rent on the lease, each paid on the 15th of the month. Leaser would be able to move in by the 1st of January.

My roommates are wonderful girls and are extremely easy to live with. I am sad to have to leave them for personal reasons back home, but I assure that they are amazing roommates and tons of fun to live with! And because they are all girls, the new roommate needs to be a girl as well!
