So, I guess you should know that I used to be an RA for many years. All that really translates to you is that I hope that my roommate can respectfully and in a timely manner communicate any problems they might be having regarding their living situation. I have seen problems go insanely outta control because someone chooses not to communicate for some reason. If there is a problem, I need to know about it. I guess another translation would be that I like all common areas well organized. Your space is your space but neither of us want the common areas looking busted should we have guests. I have been in a relationship for the last 3.5 years with a guy named Joel. We hope to get hitched when it's possible (i.e., conducive for us both).
