I am currently leasing a 5 bedroom apt. in Radford Va. and need to move back home to richmond because my mother is very ill and i need to be there to take care of her.
The apt. has 2 full bathrooms and pleanty of space. It is also only a block away from campus on light side.
The other roommates are very easy going and fun guys, but also are clean and like to keep the apt. that way too.
We didn't pay a pet deposit because none of us had one but the reality company is more than willing to work with pets.
This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to transfer into radford for the spring semester or anyone just looking for a 6 month sub-lease.
I will be in richmond over break but can travel back to show the apt. and get the lease transfered into the new occupants name.
Because this is such short notice i will pay january's rent and the person looking to move in can start paying in Feb., and since i am already at my house in richmond, you can move in when ever your ready and i will still cover january's rent.

This is really NICE apartment, very cozy and comfortable. It is on the top floor, living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Both the washer/dryer and mailbox are in the building.

It is a bedroom with a decent size closet. There is also a large hall closet.

The $298 price for rent covers water and gas which is used for heat. Other utilities (electricity and internet) run between $25-$40 per person a month depending on if the air conditioning is on or not.
You do not have to pay cable so the full cost ranges between $323-$343 a month. Both of my roommates are female. The move in time is anytime after Dec 20th, Dec rent has been paid. Price is also negotiable.

There are 1 and a half baths in the apartment. The half bath is in the largest bedroom. You share the toilet and vanity area of the full bath with the roommate in the den and the shower is used by everyone in the apartment.

This is really NICE apartment, very cozy and comfortable. It is on the top floor, living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Both the washer/dryer and mailbox are in the building.

It is a bedroom with a decent size closet. There is also a large hall closet.

The $298 price for rent covers water and gas which is used for heat. Other utilities (electricity and internet) run between $25-$40 per person a month depending on if the air conditioning is on or not.
You do not have to pay cable so the full cost ranges between $323-$343 a month. Both of my roommates are female. You could move in the late of Dec or beginning of spring semester.

There are 1 and a half baths in the apartment. The half bath is in the largest bedroom. You share the toilet and vanity area of the full bath with the roommate in the den and the shower is used by everyone in the apartment.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully furnished (we bought new sofa when we moved in last year), it�s a really nice apartment.
