The Arbors is a quiet community with a focus on graduate students, business professionals and single-family living. No undergraduates. We do not allow pets. We require our tenants’ income to be 3x’s the rent and we provide housing to all prospective residents who meet our screening criteria regardless of their source of funds to pay. There is a $50 per adult application fee and a $450 security deposit due upon approval. It takes approximately 1 to 1 ½ weeks to process the applications. We accept checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders as form of payment for the application fee, security deposit and rent.
