Rheem Ecosense HP50 hybrid model 703435. Installed new in 2009, 50 gal tank with 1st hour output of 67 gal. This unit requires 30 amp/240v power since it operates both the heat pump and two electric elements. It requires some clearance for air circulation, like all heat pump products. It has been in service since it was installed, and I have never needed any service on the unit. It was working until I replaced it this week. This heater has saved a lot on utility bills. Condition shown as fair only because heat pumps have a limited service life, but the electric elements can last longer if you decide to use those alone. As a hybrid product you can choose between the operating modes. Priced to move quickly; buyer must pickup.
