I have a Nov 2024 White Samsung Bespoke Induction Range which I am selling as it has two defects, and it has been reimbursed to me under Lowes Extended Service plan (they said they could not get parts in "a reasonable time", so they reimbursed it). The range is this one at Lowes: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Samsung-Bespoke-Smart-Slide-In-Induction-Range-6-3-cu-ft-in-White-Glass-with-Anti-Scratch-Glass-Cooktop-and-Air-Fry/ show contact info
.
One of the defects, the one that led to the reimbursement, is that, once in a while, the temperature setting for one of the stove-top heating elements will, once in a while, change on it's own, from 1 to 5 (or 2 to 5, for example) after some period of time slow cooking. Since it's an induction stove, this is not a danger from a heat perspective, but it can result in food getting over cooked. The other problem that the stove has, ever since the repair guy worked on it, is the WIFI is not working, so it can't be connected to the SmartThings app unless that is fixed.
I think the WIFI problem is probably easy to fix, if that is important to you, the other problem is, apparently, more difficult. The repair guy said he thought it needed a new "Inverter", for what that's worth.
The stove is no longer under warranty, of course.
Everything else in the stove works fine and it has no damage. The surface is fine as well,
It has a 4 prong cable attached.
I can deliver the stove "locally" (in or not too far from Blacksburg) for $100. If further away (up to a point, I don't really want to drive more than an hour), it would be $100 plus another 50 cents a mile for gas.
