Antique 1800's French Os de Mouton (sheep bone style legs) Throne Armchair (Louis XIII) with carved curved arms and legs in walnut. It has the original, high quality needlepoint in excellent condition and features a detailed scene in the medallion. It sits comfortably and is in excellent sturdy condition. The springs inside the seat are copper, which are known to hold up remarkably well, with new webbing & cover underneath on bottom done by expert upholsterers recently. This style chair with the original needlepoint upholstery is highly desirable for collectors. Height - 45.5": Width - 24.5"; Seat height - 18". It comes from a non-smoking/no pets home. I live about 1 mile from the only stoplight in Floyd VA, right on Hwy 221, and very easy to find.
