Founded in 1949, Simoncini is a high end, small bicycle company based in Tuscany, Italy that nobody is familiar with.
In the past, they've made frames for Colnago.

This has a rare, top quality, hand-built frame: full Columbus “SLX-New” tubing (nickel plated throughout), Campagnolo dropouts in front and rear, sloping crown fork, and braze-on front derailleur mount. The red + chrome frame is 19 inches from the center of the crank to the center of the top tube, typically best for riders 4’9” - 5’5”.

Campy seat post, seat bolt, rims.
Velo padded seat (has a tear on 1 corner).
Shimano 105 SIS (total 16-speed) derailleurs, brakes, cranks, headset, hubs.
Cinelli stem and bars.
New cables, cable housings, bar tape, and tubes / tires.
Low miles / little wear. VGC - EX condition
