First, let’s talk about the elephant in the room. Online ads like this and on Facebook have a bad reputation as being hang outs for “Half Price Harry’s” who unsafely “complete” a poor job. Images are curated to give a false impression of skill and professionalism.
Now that the awkwardness is over. . .that’s not me. I’m fully insured and can provide proof of insurance and multiple references on request.
I’m a climber so I can access trees in tight spaces that other companies cannot and do so with less turf damage. I use a small mini skid steer and if I hurt your grass I’ll straw and seed so you don’t have a bare patch.
My safety is my primary concern. I absolutely positively want to go home at the end of the day. I don’t take unnecessary risks, I don’t cut corners to save money, and I don’t take a job I can’t do safely. If I’m safe then I can take the proper care of your property and your safety. Tree work, and climbing specifically is hazardous. We are 30x more likely to die or be injured across all industry statistics. I’m exquisitely careful to not be a statistic.
That being said tree work is also fun! I love trees and being in and around trees. I’m not a removal first arborist. If a tree is keeping you up call me and let’s see if I can prune or shape it so it can continue to shade your home and shelter and feed birds and bees. Sometimes, though, you have to say good bye to an old friend. I’ll give you the information to make an informed decision, my recommendation and my best price and respect your call.
I’m a local guy in Craig County and work the NRV, Craig, Roanoke, Salem, and surrounding areas. No job is too small. I have a minimum like most trades but if you have a super small job give me a call and let’s see what we can work out together.
