I have a refurbished 20' yurt for sale with 4 vinyl windows and a single standard door frame in great shape. Does not come with door (you would have to provide your own (36"). The walls are forest green and brick red with some tan and a matching tan roof. It's a full kit with instructions and all the assembly parts including hardware. The rafters and vertical supports have been refinished (planed, sanded, and coated with clear coat). It has a brand new set of lattice walls made by hand. Tinted dome and refurbished ring. The entire frame is pine. Asking $8500 with a full insulation kit or $7500 without the insulation kit. Purchasing a yurt involves you building your own deck or platform. I can provide platform instructions with a material take off list. Price is firm, serious inquiries only. Perfect for small getaway in the woods or a hunting property. Or for someone looking to downsize their life into a smaller space. If you've been looking into yurts but can't afford a brand new one, this is a great opportunity for you.
