Only 4 males remaining. All are super docile and Extremely Gentle, very intelligent and simi-trained...coming when called ‘Sookie-Sookie’ too. Raised in electric netting.
Also available are 4 females (three proven breeders)...between 2.5 to 3 years of age; and one girl born this summer, (obviously not yet bred).
If you want to keep the remainder of this drove (all 8) together for your own breeding...and if they are cash (and a few other instant app payment means possible) purchased before this weekend...then we will knock off an additional $50 ea. (saving you an additional $400 from the already reduced asking price). Also...Delivery is a possibility, depending on your location.
As heard animals, they are great at maintaining their own drift/drove; and at establishing and keeping a good strong hierarchy for order. They all get along excellent with each other and care for one another, so selling in pairs would be great for them. They are incredibly social.
We are heartbreakingly having to disperse our awesome team due to our move; so our loss will be your gain. Our goal is to connect with others interested in raising this fabulous sweet and easy to care for homestead breed!

American Guinea Hogs are Easy to raise year-round (as they do NOT require the crazy feed consumption of typical commercial hog breeds). In fact...over feeding is strongly discouraged. They convert natural resources differently from commercially raised breeds. They do excellent in woods and on pastures...as they are EXCELLENT GRAZERS & FORAGERS (hence one of the reasons we are sadly downsizing...as we are no longer on a farm, and this don’t have the pastures, and such anymore).
These will all make excellent breeders, pets, companion animals and yes, definitely lovely meat from off spring, etc. Our goal is to have them go to those who wish to help preserve this wonderful heritage breed.
These are all pure American Guinea Hogs that carry the extremely rare curly, red, blue fur traits and even have the blue eyes in their gene pool...no marginal white. They are all from a Previously huge, yet completely closed droves of many years (some previous photos provided). You are going to fall in love with the gentleness and intelligence of each one.
