Farm Fresh “Rainbow Eggs” from pasture raised Chickens. Our Chickens are very happy, and they live in harmony with nature on our mountain farm. Our Chickens live with Ducks, Guineas, Geese, Turkeys and an army of Barn Swallows on our Clover Hollow farm and they are treated like our Children. Many of them are named – your Eggs could be coming from Strawberry or Powder or, if Duck Eggs, they could be from Billy Idol’s! wives . Our Rainbow Eggs are $6.00 a dozen (regular) and there is a 50 cent discount a dozen if you return the cartons (or bring your own). Duck Eggs are $8 a dozen. We also, on occasion, have beautiful, speckled Turkey eggs or and Goose eggs for $2.50 each. For orders of 3 cartons or more, we can deliver at easy to reach locations in the vicinity of Blacksburg/Newport (e.g. Kroger, Walmart), or to your home for a $3 delivery fee (deliveries will be grouped on the same day(s) of the week to make this feasible). You can also come to our farm to pick up eggs, just let us know before you head out this way (and I will give you directions if you have never been here).
