I am a lifelong NRV resident who is looking for either a 1 bedroom/1 bath or studio apartment to move into mid/late June (Please note that I am not looking for bedrooms in a multi-bedroom unit).
Blacksburg is preferred, but I am open to any location in the NRV.
Preferred rent and utilities per month would be around $1000.
I am responsible and consistently employed. I do not smoke, party, or own any pets.
