-accepts one friendly well behaved indoor cat
-not an apartment complex
-blacksburg, christiansburg, radford, newport, pembroke
-less than $1100
Open to trailers, tiny homes, or other non-traditional options, especially if a little further out in the country.
I am a quiet young professional who keeps to myself, nonsmoker, have proof of income and good rental references for 3+ years.
