Hi! I am an incoming female medical student who will be starting July, 2026 at VCOM. I am on a search for a work/trade housing situation. Ideally i would be a part-time caregiver for an older woman who needs extra assistance or a woman who has an open room and wanting to help! I am willing to do grocery shopping and cooking two-three times a week and help with housekeeping/cleaning duties in exchange for a room, bathroom, washer, and dryer. I am also willing to pay rent of whatever you think is fair. I am a very responsible tenant and have worked for almost two years as a patient care technician (CNA) at Bon Secours in Richmond Va so I have experience with taking care of those that are in their golden years. I also love all animals and do not mind assisting with animal care if needed. Please reach out to me if you are interested in figuring out an arrangement!
