Searching for a Long-Term Rental Property (Christiansburg)

Posting this for any realtors or private property owners who may be interested. I am a single male professional, 34 years old with no pets and references available on request. Searching for a rental property to lease indefinitely, provided good tenancy and an amicable relationship between myself and the lessors. Looking ideally for a non-mobile-home property on the ground floor with in-unit washer and dryer and within (or very close to) Christiansburg or Blacksburg VA (I work in Christiansburg). Radford VA is acceptable too. Quiet, considerate housemates are alright (though a private space is preferred), so long there is a private bathroom. Price range is up to and around $1,000 per month, but can be flexible with number of needs met in the property. Need to relocate by the end of June 2026. Please let me know if you or someone you know may be able to help or provide a lead. I am not desperate or begging for help, just thought I would post this, as I’ve been having poor luck searching places individually online and with mobile apps. Thank you for reading.
