We have flagging opportunities in Pulaski, VA & Wytheville, VA
Our goal is to provide a flexible Flagger and Labor workforce to our clients while providing employment opportunities for our temporary workers.
Our company is looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Flagger who is able to work within established guidelines and ensure that work is not halted when dangerous situations arise. The ideal candidate will be capable of recording details related to construction, traffic and road conditions, and will also be able to handle the purchasing of equipment. The Flagger will also be required to stay current on the ever-increasing number of regulations related to both construction sites and the roads they use, and they must have a thorough understanding of their state's laws.
Responsibilities:
Observe the flow of traffic.
Ensure the safety of other workers on a road.
Ensure vehicles are safe for operation.
Notify drivers about changes in road conditions or situations that present a danger.
Communicate with drivers and other workers through hand signals and flags.
ATSSA flagger certification is required. We can train in house.
