Female American bully (Pulaski)

She's a almost 2 year old xl American bully.
She is great with kids and most other dogs even small but the reason for rehoming is she has started to constantly attack our older female and just her she won't bother any of our other dogs it's only our older female and it's started to create an extremely stressful environment for my family and especially my kids. We can't figure out why she has all of a sudden turned against who was once her best friend but our older girl takes priority in this situation. We truly hate doing this as we have had her since she was 8 weeks old but we have to put everyone's health, safety, and happiness above all else. Like I said her attacks are ONLY focused on our older girl. She has gone to stores, training, and even at home and has no issues with anyone but her so if you have another dog at home we will happily do a meet and greet.
She absolutely adores kids runs around and plays with them every chance she gets. She is crate trained and house trained. No health issues except for seasonal allergies. She loves to lay in bed with you like a person would (head on the pillow paws around you). She truly is a great dog but like I said we can't keep this type of environment it's not fair to anyone. I will be picky where she goes. She is NOT an outside dog. Does she play in a yard, yes but she will not go to a home who plans on putting her in a cage outside. There is a rehoming fee.
