Me and my friend are renting this apartment but we are both leaving this town on December so l'm looking for a roommate who wants to live in this apartment
We have found one male roommate and looking for another male roommate
The lease is until June, 2026.
There is a desk and bed included in it
My friend bought this bed for 600$ and 400$ for the desk and we want to give this room to someone who can buy both the bed and desk with just 300$ we bought it this summer and it is in great quality
The total cost of the apartment is 870 dollars but since it is two people, it is 435 dollars and electricity is extra.
