Looking for a roommate to share a spacious, well-located, well-maintained, and beautiful house. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access (walking distance) to highways, a shopping center, the Christiansburg Recreation Center (free gym), and Huckleberry Trail for outdoor activities.
You’ll be living with two roommates. One will share the bathroom on your floor and another will use the room and bathroom downstairs. Both are VT graduate students who are friendly, respectful, quiet and easy to get along with.
The house features two floors of living space with a garage in the basement. The house is well-maintained and issues are addressed promptly.
About the Room: Spacious and filled with natural light. Located on the second floor. Shared bathroom with one roommate.
Utilities (water, gas, electricity) will be split among roommates while high-speed internet os provided by the landlord.
