Picked this up as a project but don't have time to finish it. Needs the flooring replaced and needs to be scrubbed a little more and some primer and paint. Or would make just a great rugged off-road type camper. I'm not going to sugarcoat it it's a little gross on the inside but could be great with probably a week or two worth of work.

It has a 27 gallon freshwater tank, air conditioner but not sure if that works or not, furnace, full size storage bed, Hardwood cabinets, shower, vanity, toilet, storage closet in bathroom, three burner stove, two propane tanks, double sink, kitchenette that folds into bed but needs cushions all 4 tires brand new.

The back corner got a leak and swelled out so it will have to either be parked under a roof or siding removed and framing repaired.

This exact camper sold for 10,000 when it was in good shape, I found it online. 😄
