I am interesting in a room for rent if anyone has a summer lease to sublet with proximity to Christiansburg preferably.
I have a vehicle and also a bike that I would store at a local storage site barring any room for it at the rental property.
My full-time job is remote (work-from-home) in inside sales, of which I am going on 12 years of employment.
A furnished bed would be great but I can bring in my own air mattress as well.
No other furnishings needed as I can manage attaining a computer desk for my WFH setup.
I do not have pets, no drug or alcohol usage. I would rarely use kitchen much to minimize my footprint for a roomshare situation. My leisure time at home comprises using my PC or tablet.
I am a responsible, reliable, and courteous late 40s mature professional, and personable as well should that be a plus, and adhere to tidiness in common areas. A quiet night to rest is essentially the bar for a shared rental.
