$20 - Kelty 2 person tent. One of the poles is damaged and would need splinting and I think there's also a hole or 2 in the rainfly. It's repairable. Originally was about a $100 tent.

$50 - Ascend Orion 2 person tent. Bought it last year for about $120 and used it twice. It's on the heavy side for a 2 person tent. Nothing wrong with it except one of the cinching straps on the storage bag broke.

Free - stand/base for those small (2 lb) propane canisters
