Includes the computer, docking station, and genuine HP 330W AC adapter.
The computer is designed to be worn as a backpack and connected to a VR headset as a portable VR setup, but also functions as a compact/portable PC. The computer does have a built-in battery to allow for light usage outside of the dock (the backpack harness has space for additional batteries for usage as a VR machine). Note that the backpack harness, additional batteries, and VR headset are not included - only the computer, docking station, and AC adapter.
All included items do show some signs of wear from normal use - scratches and scuffs, dirt and dust, dents and dings, etc. Nothing too bad in my opinion and nothing that affects performance or operation.
