Unit works great! No drives, but includes all caddies (no screws). I used 2TB drives in this, but I'm not sure what the maximum supported size is.
Drives can be configured in various RAID levels depending on your needs. I used the Promise Utility on an older macOS 10.14 machine to configure the array, and then the logical drive will mount on newer Macs. Can also be configured in passthru mode to operate as a JBOD and utilize macOS's RAID functionality.
Connects via a Thunderbolt 1 port (the Mini DisplayPort style) to a compatible computer. Can also be used with a newer Mac using a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C style) to Thunderbolt 2 adapter.
Includes a power cable and a ~6ft Thunderbolt cable.
Does show some wear from normal usage - scratches and scuff marks, dirt/dust, dents/dings, etc. Nothing too bad in my opinion and nothing that affects operation or performance.
Price is $50. Must meet at the Liberty gas station near Corning in Christiansburg (3250 N. Franklin St, Christiansburg, VA 24073). Cash only.
