The first photos are of a completed machine in action, these two need to be completed. I have a lot of two of these Jer Schmidt design 2”x72” heavy duty fabricated belt sanders for $500 total. They are equipped with multiple extra new spare belts of various grits.
These units just need some final tweaking and adding the motors and VFDs of your choice.
They are bare mild steel welded construction.
They come with the plans and have the attachments including adjustable tables and pivots , all of the pulleys are included and made from 6061 aluminum alloy.
I will not separate. You take both and all the belts and plans included. Watch the You tube video on these knife making wonders!
jerswoodshop.com is the designers website. I have close to $1,500 invested in these two machines. These machines weigh close to 50 lbs each with out the motors and the VFD’s.
Dont ask if i will take less, the answer is no.
