It’s a lower priced trailer because it’s not perfect but it’s livable. Please keep that in mind. It will be better looking once we are fully moved out. Outside looks rough but the inside is nice.
It does have problems like any older trailer. It does have things that need fixed/replaced.
Please note that we do not have a car. Hauling stuff off like furniture and trash isn’t easy for us to do and we don’t have a mower so it does look rough. But if you have a mower and a car this is a good home.
5 minutes from Moncove Lake. Beautiful view. Peaceful area
