** Have several CDL-A driving positions available in our local division, these are permanent, high paying jobs with full benefits. We are currently only hiring for NIGHT SHIFT DRIVERS that MUST RUN WEEKENDS with more shifts becoming available upon increased tenure at account. No weekend-off schedules currently available for full-time drivers.

* $2500 SOB paid over first six (6) months; with it being paid out as follows:
1st Load $ 500
30 days $ 500
60 days $ 250
90 days $ 250
120 days $ 250
150 days $ 250

* This is a touch freight account using a powered pallet jack (training provided). Dedicated deliveries to Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV). Average of 4 loads per week 2000 miles. Average 490 mile length of haul.
* Average $1450+ weekly based on experience:
CPM Structure: Experienced Based Pay
0–12 months: $0.53 CPM
12–36 months: $0.55 CPM
37–60 months: $0.56 CPM
61+ months: $0.58 CPM
Additional Pay: $55 per full trailer unload. $20 per stop including the first.

** Job Requirements **
- 3 months of Company Driving experience within the past 3 years, driving Trailer Trailer. Local experience is fine, as long as it was Company Driving Tractor Trailer. We CANNOT accept military, permit, or school as experience.
- No major tickets in a PMV/CMV including (Careless/Reckless, Speeding 15mph+, Improper Lane Change, Following Too Close, and Cell Phone, etc) in the last 12 months- must have 6 months of subsequent safe driving.
- No more than two Moving Violations of any kind in any combination in last 2 years.
- No More than 1 minor preventable DOT Reportable accident on a ROADWAY within the past two years (Injury needing medical attention at the scene, either vehicle requiring a tow) OR 3 minor preventable accidents on a PRIVATE YARD or PARKING LOT in the last 2 years.
-No more than 1 Preventable CMV DOT-Recordable Accidents in last 24 months, requires 6 months of verified subsequent safe driving.
- NO Key Crashes in the last 5 years; examples - U-Turn, Lane Change, Jackknife on roadway, Loss of control, Rear-end impact, Side Impact, Run Under, Rollover, and Rollaway.
- Safety Terminations - NO SAFETY TERMS in the last 12 months and must have 6 months of safe driving (no tickets, accidents) since any safety termination to qualify. If you were fired from your last job for safety reasons, we CANNOT help you.
- Felony Convictions - Sale/Possession needs to be 5 years old, most others need to be 5-10 years old. Call if you're not sure and I'll let you know.
- Operating a POV while under the influence of alcohol (DUI/DWI) if the offense occurred prior to the driver obtaining a CDL-A or Commercial Learner’s Permit - none within 5 years. Operating a POV while under the influence of alcohol (DUI/DWI) if the offense occurred while driver held a CDLA-A or Commercial Learner’s Permit- none within 10 years. Operating a CMV while under the influence of alcohol (DUI/DWI) - DISQUALIFIED FOR LIFE.
- We CAN hire drivers under contract with another carrier however we cannot hire drivers running account currently or if they have departed from these carriers within the last 6 months without going to another carrier first—
