We got Rice about 6 years ago. Unfortunately he has been unable to adjust to living in an apartment after we moved here last year. He is a very nice cat but has anxiety issues. After talking with a vet today we have decided he needs to go to a home that will give him more freedom to roam. Our vet suggested he is most likely a barn cat and wont change.
